Signing up on Newpik is quick and straightforward. You'll need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and you must be at least 18 years old. The registration form takes just 2 minutes to complete. Once registered, a verification code will be sent to your mobile.

No. Under Newpik's policy, each person is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being permanently closed and any balance being forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a fair and honest environment.

When you win from a free bet, only the net profit — your winnings minus the free bet amount — is added to your balance. This profit can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements are met.

The minimum bet is ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market — they tend to be higher for major international matches. Limits may also vary depending on your account verification level.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you can partially or fully cash out during a live match. For technical errors that occur before a match starts, please contact support.

If a match is cancelled entirely, your full stake will be refunded to your balance. For postponed matches, a waiting period of 48–72 hours typically applies. If the match does not resume within that timeframe, the bet is voided and your stake is refunded.

An accumulator combines multiple match selections into a single bet. If all selections win, the odds are multiplied together for a potentially large payout. For example, five matches each at 2.0 odds gives a combined odds of 32.0. However, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.
